So for this coming holy month diners may indulge in an extravagant spread featuring local and international flavours with live action stations at NOOK , the all - dining restaurant of Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

 With over a variety of delectable dishes to choose from, this fusion selection is prepared by Malay Specialty Chef of NOOK, Chef Hamid Buyong alongside his multi - cultural team of skillful chefs and will run from June 8 until July 7 at the price of RM123nett per person. Early birds special will be available from now until 7 June with RM95 nett for below 35 vouchers

and RM85 nett for above 36 vouchers

With more than 20 years of culinary experience in both Malaysian and Western cuisine , Chef Hamid and team promise to serve an array of Authentic Malaysian dishes from their own passed down for generations' family recipes

Diners may expect from the buffet Malay line up dishes such as stuffed whole lamb rice , crab curry, beef shin rendang, laksa sarawak, udang masak lemak, everyone's favourite bubur lambuk, and more , Steamed fish head with black bean anchovy sauce, poached lamb shank and wok fried roasted duck are some of the delights from Chinese kitchen whereas the international spread sees oyster au gratin, grilled saba fish, honey barbecue chicken wings and others

The dessert counters are not to be missed where one will find an assorted local kuih muih , chocolate marshmallow tartlets , coconut panna cotta, sago gula melaka , hot almond cream with roasted almond flakes and not forgetting an ais batu campur station with pulut durian
